Geek squad mri alternativeGeek

This is the Best Buy geek squad repair disc - Code Name MRI - for internal use only, confidential, and a trade secret. This is version 5.0.0.0 - the latest version. The disc has tools to help fix computers - it has AntiVirus, AntiSpyware, Disk Cleaner, Process List, Winsock Fix, etc, all in an attractive and quite usable interface!

Geek Squad Mri

  1. I believe the specific MRI in store isn't intended to be taken home and is not allowed as you said but there used to be the alternative training version. It basically had all the Geek Squad tools I think. Edit: someone further down mentioned it. Tucked up somewhere in the Geek Squad central pages I think.
  2. What's the point of the thing anyway since the Ultimate Boot Disk and a number of others do the same thing. And judging by the Geek Squad track record and experiences people have with them, if I wrote that software I'd keep it very secret that Best Buy was using it to fix things to avoid getting laughed at.
